INNOZONE CUMBERLAND: Exploring Technical Aspects of AM for Oil & Gas Qualification and Production

Cumberland Additive has undertaken extensive work to successfully establish serial production programs with Additive Manufacturing (AM), most notably for Aerospace. With the energy industry in a rapid AM adoption phase, Cumberland has leveraged our aerospace qualification expertise to accelerate success with Energy applications. This presentation will seek to explore technical and process considerations that are important to the energy sector as it relates to AM part production. The content to be presented is inspired by questions Cumberland receives from customers, as well as lessons learned while actively working in the industry for over 15 years.

Founded in 2006, Cumberland Additive offers series production of parts and engineering design services in both metals and polymer materials using Powder Bed Fusion technology.
